Spectators: 8003 (Terracing: 6004, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ryan Shamp got the match started through his kick off. Timy De Mesemacre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart-Jan Nilis, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute, Bart-Jan Nilis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Little Bunnies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Roger Leininger came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Luys's Oswald Clijsters. But to his dismay, Oswald Clijsters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Roger Leininger made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Oswald Clijsters sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the match, Alain Postens notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Luys's Timy De Mesemacre. Timy De Mesemacre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oswald Clijsters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Roger Leininger made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bart-Jan Nilis in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timy De Mesemacre saved FC Luys from getting behind. Cederik Koppen charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cederik Koppen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bart-Jan Nilis in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timy De Mesemacre saved FC Luys from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bart-Jan Nilis in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timy De Mesemacre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bart-Jan Nilis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Timy De Mesemacre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Matthew Switten struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Roger Leininger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Luys. 42 minutes into the match, FC Luys's goal looked a bit too open when Xander-Paul Le Page came free, but Timy De Mesemacre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bart-Jan Nilis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timy De Mesemacre having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Bart-Jan Nilis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Luys's Timy De Mesemacre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th match minute, Little Bunnies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argyris Vardis to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC Luys's Oswald Clijsters got a free kick in the 68th minute. Bart-Jan Nilis scored 1-4 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timy De Mesemacre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd match minute, FC Luys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Shamp to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Oswald Clijsters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bryan Dhondt fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Little Bunnies's protests and gave Bryan Dhondt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Little Bunnies's Bryan Dhondt got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the Little Bunnies defense, Ryan Shamp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Leininger. The Little Bunnies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Leininger should have stopped the shot. Xander-Paul Le Page blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timy De Mesemacre having to make a save. Bart-Jan Nilis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Timy De Mesemacre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Little Bunnies's Samuel Van de Goor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5.
