Roger Leininger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herald Baecke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Little Bunnies's Xander-Paul Le Page ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lennart Franckx. Lennart Franckx yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Bart-Jan Nilis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Impegem booed when Little Bunnies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herald Nys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bryan Dhondt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Franckx having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herald Baecke to make the kick off. When Bart-Jan Nilis came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Little Bunnies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bart-Jan Nilis couldn't finish the play. Natan Van Houdtvin kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Alain Postens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Lennart Franckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Bart-Jan Nilis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Little Bunnies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bart-Jan Nilis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Bart-Jan Nilis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th match minute, Impegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthieu Vincx to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Impegem booed when Little Bunnies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Van de Goor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, one of Little Bunnies:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Little Bunnies. After 84 played minutes Impegem got a freekick which was hit by Dolf Van Hermenghem. Luc Roscams kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Pierrot Bracke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 minutes, Bart-Jan Nilis made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Impegem's Lennart Franckx tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Little Bunnies players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
