Spectators: 6829 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1829, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Herald Baecke made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Radamel-Falcao García notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Impegem's Lennart Franckx. Lennart Franckx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 9 played minutes Impegem got a freekick which was hit by Dolf Van Hermenghem. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Impegem's goalkeeper Lennart Franckx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radamel-Falcao García in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lennart Franckx saved Impegem from getting behind. After having played for 15 minutes, Radamel-Falcao García managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DogTeam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radamel-Falcao García was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Luc Roscams got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Impegem's Lennart Franckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Demeyer in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Luc Roscams made a precise shot to the right of Danny Castermans. DogTeam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Edwin Demeyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Lennart Franckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luc Roscams in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Danny Castermans, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lennart Franckx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radamel-Falcao García, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. DogTeam's Radamel-Falcao García got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Impegem's Laurent De Keuster got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to DogTeam getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Shi Qi Gang hit a great ball. Radamel-Falcao García received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Lennart Franckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radamel-Falcao García made a kick off. Lennart Franckx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Demeyer in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Impegem's zone, Radamel-Falcao García stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lennart Franckx came out of the goal and Radamel-Falcao García tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radamel-Falcao García sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62ndth minute of the game Luc Roscams who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DogTeam's Danny Castermans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edwin Demeyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Radamel-Falcao García recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lennart Franckx. Radamel-Falcao García showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. When Edwin Demeyer came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the DogTeam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin Demeyer couldn't finish the play. DogTeam were furious when Nico De Kock was red carded, 75 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to DogTeam getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nico De Kock hit a great ball. Impegem's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Manu Van Den Broek scored to the left of an out of position Lennart Franckx, making the score, 1-3. After 88 played minutes Impegem got a freekick which was hit by Herald Baecke. In the 92nd play minute Remco Desmet came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lennart Franckx. 1-4. When Edwin Demeyer came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the DogTeam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin Demeyer couldn't finish the play. DogTeam's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
