David De Kerper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dirk Marant in the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Fenerbahçe SK's David De Kerper got control of the ball when Sander Weets tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 55 minutes, Arda Güler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenerbahçe SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arda Güler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as De Karotte's Edwin Luijten slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David De Kerper. That made the score 0-2 after 58 minutes of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
