FC Coppenst's Cesinha Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cesinha Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cederic Calstermans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luuk De Hoef in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in LeRoeulx's zone, Cesinha Simão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cederic Calstermans came out of the goal and Cesinha Simão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Adriens in the 69th minute of play forced LeRoeulx's goalkeeper Cederic Calstermans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by LeRoeulx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lenny Leenpoels was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Coppenst's players had a chance to rest.
