After a rather tough play, Quenoy's Waut Slaghmeulders got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ryan Mathijs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Meijers in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Quenoy getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Greg Thielemans hit a great ball. Ryan Mathijs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Meijers in the 47th minute of play forced Quenoy's goalkeeper Ryan Mathijs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Mathieu Meijers made the kick off in the second half. Evert Goddez succeeded in the game's 51st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathieu Meijers got free with Ryan Mathijs in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Ryan Mathijs managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Buitre SC's Mathieu Meijers fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Buitre SC's Nico Laureijs quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Waut Slaghmeulders, made in the 76th minute of the game. In the last second Ryan Mathijs throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mathieu Meijers in the 77thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Greg Thielemans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathieu Meijers who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Ryan Mathijs when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mattias de Pelsmaecker got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Buitre SC's Mattias de Pelsmaecker got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Buitre SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Quenoy.
