Spectators: 7662 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 162) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thibaud Van Hecke took the kick off in the first half of the match. Emile Soetemans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bass Van de cauter in the 7th minute of play forced KFC Nudorp's goalkeeper Aristides Nevada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Nevada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Van Brussel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emile Soetemans charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emile Soetemans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute Fransesco Uijterhoven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bass Van de cauter in the 18th minute of play forced KFC Nudorp's goalkeeper Aristides Nevada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Bass Van de cauter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bass Van de cauter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, KFC Nudorp's Sergio Wortelaert got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Harry De Maesschalck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Nevada having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Van Der Meeren in the 26th minute of play forced RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's goalkeeper Balu Bossaert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Nevada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry De Maesschalck in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Isaac Van Brussel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, KFC Nudorp's goal looked a bit too open when Emile Soetemans came free, but Aristides Nevada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emile Soetemans hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harry De Maesschalck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to KFC Nudorp getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Janes De Jong hit a great ball. Aristides Nevada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry De Maesschalck in the 55th minute. After 55 played minutes Harry De Maesschalck rounded KFC Nudorp's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Fransesco Uijterhoven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Nevada having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Fransesco Uijterhoven ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristides Nevada was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 67 minutes into the match, KFC Nudorp's goalkeeper Aristides Nevada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Putman. After some careless play in the KFC Nudorp defense, Harry De Maesschalck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Nevada. The KFC Nudorp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Nevada should have stopped the shot. Janes Schepmans took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Balu Bossaert. Balu Bossaert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Fransesco Uijterhoven took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Aristides Nevada to make any attempt to save it. After 86 minutes, Jullian Meys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver and the KFC Nudorp players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jullian Meys hit a great ball. When Eric Putman came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Putman couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Andreas Van Der Meeren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, KFC Nudorp's goalkeeper Aristides Nevada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry De Maesschalck. In the 97th minute, Bass Van de cauter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The KFC Nudorp fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
