Spectators: 8024 (Terracing: 6020, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rudy Van Eijcke took the kick off in the first half of the match. BocaJuniors's Nicky Postens managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matthy Van Hoyveldt in the 3 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Matthy Van Hoyveldt in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BocaJuniors's Nicky Postens. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tristan Jannes in the 6th minute of play forced Storm U18's goalkeeper Stefan Rondou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Storm U18's Izak De Vriendt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mathieux Berchmans. Mathieux Berchmans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Stefan Rondou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luc Van Parijs went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mathieux Berchmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilian Bauwens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Richmond Swiggers notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Storm U18's Stefan Rondou. Stefan Rondou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, BocaJuniors's Mathieux Berchmans got control of the ball when Izak De Vriendt tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Storm U18's goal looked a bit too open when Luc Van Parijs came free, but Stefan Rondou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Storm U18's Gilian Bauwens got a free kick in the 31st minute. Luc Van Parijs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Rondou having to interfere. Mathieux Berchmans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Izak De Vriendt in the 43rd minute. The Storm U18 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BocaJuniors were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luc Van Parijs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, BocaJuniors's goal looked a bit too open when Bas Vrancken came free, but Mathieux Berchmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 52 minutes, Izak De Vriendt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Storm U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Izak De Vriendt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Luc Van Parijs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stefan Rondou. Storm U18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luc Van Parijs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 59 minutes into the match, Luc Van Parijs notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Storm U18's Stefan Rondou. Stefan Rondou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mathieux Berchmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilian Bauwens in the 65th minute of play. Luc Van Parijs's late challenge caught a Storm U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luc Van Parijs helped the player get up and apologised. Luc Van Parijs kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 71 minutes of play, Storm U18's Rudy Van Eijcke made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathieux Berchmans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Storm U18's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Luc Van Parijs scored to the left of an out of position Stefan Rondou, making the score, 2-5. After having played for 81 minutes, Tristan Jannes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in Storm U18's zone, Bobby Pannekoek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Rondou came out of the goal and Bobby Pannekoek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 minutes of play, BocaJuniors's Richmond Swiggers made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Rondou was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, BocaJuniors's goal looked a bit too open when Rudy Van Eijcke came free, but Mathieux Berchmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
