Nieuwpoort Club's Luuk Van Beringen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Nieuwpoort Club from getting a goal against them. Fernan Rocio placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 40 minutes into the match, Orville Darling notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Brugse Boeren's Henri Van De Ven. Henri Van De Ven was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brugse Boeren's Koen Mol quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Binjamin Van Landschoot, made in the 44th minute of the game. When Wayne Pelegrims fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brugse Boeren's protests and gave Wayne Pelegrims a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Brugse Boeren got a freekick which was hit by Wayne Pelegrims.

Radoslaw Jastrowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri Van De Ven having to interfere. Orville Darling took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henri Van De Ven. Henri Van De Ven made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orville Darling in the 73rd minute. Zelipe Sauca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Henri Van De Ven came out and tried to block the shot, but Zelipe Sauca slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 81st minute. Henri Van De Ven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zelipe Sauca in the 84th minute of play. Orville Darling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Henri Van De Ven made a huge save. Zelipe Sauca kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radoslaw Jastrowicz got free with Henri Van De Ven in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nieuwpoort Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
