Bastian Andriesens came out of the goal and Jan-Joost Heirremans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd match minute, Rema United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederick Gallot to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, FC Voske's Jan-Joost Heirremans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bastian Andriesens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jan-Joost Heirremans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bastian Andriesens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was a well-played corner which Emanuel Lyens managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of Rema United booed when FC Voske was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocky Persoens didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Voske's Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yanis Smekens in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yanis Smekens to make the kick off. After 78 minutes of play, FC Voske's Emanuel Lyens made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bastian Andriesens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bastian Andriesens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Joost Heirremans, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Werner Postens hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rema United's Renzo Impens got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, FC Voske's Rocky Persoens dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. FC Voske's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
