Zbyszek Kasperowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbyszek Kasperowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes Knokke-Heist got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Kasperowicz. Fc De-Haan Academy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Matt Tael 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, Knokke-Heist's goal looked a bit too open when Dany Suteweij came free, but Alonzo Nalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Matt Tael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knokke-Heist's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matt Tael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Fc De-Haan Academy's goalkeeper Josu Padriña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorre Van de Wal. Josu Padriña was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dolf Van Huruck. When Matt Tael came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Knokke-Heist fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matt Tael couldn't finish the play. Josu Padriña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matt Tael, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Knokke-Heist's goal looked a bit too open when Dany Suteweij came free, but Alonzo Nalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josu Padriña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matt Tael in the 40th minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, Fc De-Haan Academy's Dany Suteweij made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alonzo Nalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dany Suteweij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dany Suteweij stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Josu Padriña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorre Van de Wal, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Knokke-Heist's Jorre Van de Wal in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dolf Van Huruck took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Josu Padriña. Fc De-Haan Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Josu Padriña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matt Tael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierre Van der Vorst hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Arthur Huybrechts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matt Tael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Josu Padriña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matt Tael might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josu Padriña. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matt Tael ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd match minute, Fc De-Haan Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Huybrechts to maneuver through the defense. Josu Padriña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matt Tael, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Alonzo Nalo made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Manu Suteweij sent off a good shot on target. Knokke-Heist's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
