In the 4th minute Pieter De Raeijmaeker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josu Padriña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josu Padriña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bjorn Steuckens in the 5th minute of the match. Claude Degraef took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manu Suteweij, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dany Suteweij in the 9th minute of play forced FC Kuurne's goalkeeper Claude Degraef to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manu Suteweij in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claude Degraef saved FC Kuurne from getting behind. Jaspar Van Laeck kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Huybrechts in the 20th minute of play forced FC Kuurne's goalkeeper Claude Degraef to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dany Suteweij received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Claude Degraef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manu Suteweij in the 25th minute of play forced FC Kuurne's goalkeeper Claude Degraef to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claude Degraef stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dany Suteweij's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Michael Gobelijns got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isac Santarém. If Isac Santarém had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claude Degraef made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manu Suteweij in the 33rd minute of play. Pieter De Raeijmaeker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josu Padriña having to interfere. If Manu Suteweij had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Isac Santarém shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josu Padriña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Fc De-Haan Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Bjorn Steuckens came free, but Josu Padriña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dany Suteweij was the one to do the kick off. Fc De-Haan Academy's Josu Padriña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Santarém in the 56th minute of play. Josu Padriña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 刘文文, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes, 刘文文 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kuurne and the Fc De-Haan Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Kuurne getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. 刘文文 hit a great ball. Dany Suteweij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc De-Haan Academy's Dany Suteweij slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claude Degraef. That made the score 0-1 after 62 minutes of play. Josu Padriña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Santarém in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fc De-Haan Academy's Kenny Deville got a free kick in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manu Suteweij got free with Claude Degraef in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute, 刘文文 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute 刘文文 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josu Padriña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josu Padriña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bjorn Steuckens, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Dany Suteweij could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Claude Degraef made a huge save. In the 79th minute 刘文文 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josu Padriña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Fc De-Haan Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Verhelst to maneuver through the defense. After 81 played minutes, FC Kuurne's Isac Santarém shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josu Padriña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Kuurne reached it. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 84th minute, but Claude Degraef got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving FC Kuurne hanging dry this time. FC Kuurne's Claude Degraef played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dany Suteweij in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th play minute Manu Suteweij came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Claude Degraef. 0-2. The Fc De-Haan Academy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
