FC Kroeters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albertus Winnepenninckx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Alex Sproten sped through FC Dwaze Kalle's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cederik Olbrechts. In the 32nd match minute, FC Kroeters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebbe Conincx to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Sam Serneels had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claude Renotte. FC Kroeters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Serneels was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. FC Kroeters's Claude Renotte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Serneels in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Ritchie Wortelaert shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cederik Olbrechts showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 65th minute Albertus Winnepenninckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Renotte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Claude Renotte managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when FC Dwaze Kalle's Sam Serneels fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 73 minutes in the game, Sam Serneels fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Claude Renotte having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Kroeters's Wouter Oelaerts got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willem-Jan Costermans in the 80th minute of play forced FC Kroeters's goalkeeper Claude Renotte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sam Serneels received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Claude Renotte came out and tried to block the shot, but Sam Serneels slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 84th minute. In the 90thth minute of the game Tommi De Bruyn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Dwaze Kalle's Cederik Olbrechts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wouter Oelaerts charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wouter Oelaerts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Kroeters getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Wouter Oelaerts hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Tommi De Bruyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes FC Kroeters got a freekick which was hit by Tommi De Bruyn. FC Dwaze Kalle's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
