Spectators: 8515 (Terracing: 6387, Seating: 1958, VIP seats: 170) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgard Godefroid took the kick off in the first half of the match. De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geert-Jan Geraerts in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute of the match, Geert-Jan Geraerts tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Phillipe Rouvroys saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys got control of the ball when Edgard Godefroid tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Geert-Jan Geraerts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Phillipe Rouvroys was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, De Pintenpakkers's goalkeeper Phillipe Rouvroys had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Godefroid. In the 11th minute Leon Clement shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillipe Rouvroys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phillipe Rouvroys came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Achterheide's Constantijn Kingsgaard. But to his dismay, Constantijn Kingsgaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Masculier in the 17th minute of play forced De Pintenpakkers's goalkeeper Phillipe Rouvroys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phillipe Rouvroys stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geert-Jan Geraerts's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save De Pintenpakkers from getting a goal against them. Phillipe Rouvroys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Masculier in the 23rd minute of the match. Phillipe Rouvroys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantijn Kingsgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Edgard Godefroid recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Phillipe Rouvroys. Edgard Godefroid showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Edgard Godefroid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Phillipe Rouvroys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geert-Jan Geraerts in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute Constantijn Kingsgaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillipe Rouvroys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, FC Achterheide's Phillipe Rouvroys threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bruno Van Huele, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 42 minutes into the match, De Pintenpakkers's goal looked a bit too open when Constantijn Kingsgaard came free, but Phillipe Rouvroys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, De Pintenpakkers's Zhuang Yang seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zhuang Yang the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of De Pintenpakkers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zhuang Yang had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for FC Achterheide. Geert-Jan Geraerts stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Phillipe Rouvroys. 4-0. Phillipe Rouvroys made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantijn Kingsgaard in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oscar Verstraeten to strike the kick off in the second half. Phillipe Rouvroys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantijn Kingsgaard in the 51st minute of play. Phillipe Rouvroys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Godefroid, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Phillipe Rouvroys was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Pintenpakkers's goalkeeper Phillipe Rouvroys, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Edgard Godefroid notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys. Phillipe Rouvroys was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geert-Jan Geraerts in the 70th minute of play forced De Pintenpakkers's goalkeeper Phillipe Rouvroys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Geert-Jan Geraerts almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but De Pintenpakkers's Phillipe Rouvroys did a great save. After some careless play in the De Pintenpakkers defense, Edgard Godefroid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Phillipe Rouvroys. The De Pintenpakkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Phillipe Rouvroys should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the match, Gregoire Candries had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Phillipe Rouvroys. De Pintenpakkers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gregoire Candries was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. A collision led to FC Achterheide getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Geert-Jan Geraerts hit a great ball. FC Achterheide's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
