Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Kindt in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Robin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. North Side were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Olympus FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jakob Vandamme took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Vandamme in the 26th minute of play forced Olympus FC's goalkeeper Bavo Van Dessel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Uncu's late challenge caught a North Side's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After the first half North Side were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jakob Vandamme was the one to do the kick off. Benjamin Van Cauwenbergh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bavo Van Dessel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. North Side's Alfred Robin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Kindt in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Mario Smidts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olympus FC and the North Side players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Olympus FC's Mario Smidts got a free kick in the 60th minute. Henrik Snoekens missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 61 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Bavo Van Dessel right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Kindt in the 65th minute of play forced North Side's goalkeeper Alfred Robin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Vince Enfant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bavo Van Dessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Qvalfeldt in the 70th minute of the match. Sander De Messemaeckre hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Olympus FC's goalkeeper Bavo Van Dessel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Van Cauwenbergh. North Side's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jakob Vandamme in the 76th minute. Jakob Vandamme made a great header on North Side's corner, it was just that Olympus FC's Bavo Van Dessel managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Olympus FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Simon Kindt hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Olympus FC's goalkeeper Bavo Van Dessel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakob Vandamme. Bavo Van Dessel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakob Vandamme in the 82nd minute. North Side's Alfred Robin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Kindt in the 87th minute of play. Bavo Van Dessel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakob Vandamme in the 90th minute. Alfred Robin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Kindt, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Simon Kindt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Robin having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded North Side left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olympus FC.
