Brent-Jan Van der Roost didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nic Adams went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Romain Berrewouts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 18 minutes into the match, KSV Ursene's goal looked a bit too open when Nic Adams came free, but Brent-Jan Van der Roost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Romain Berrewouts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Maurice Milters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brent-Jan Van der Roost saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Maurice Milters put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Brent-Jan Van der Roost. Jozef Gielis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brent-Jan Van der Roost having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Jaques Rauvoe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Fox Hunting Squad fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Fox Hunting Squad's Romain Berrewouts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernest van Elderen to strike the kick off in the second half. Romain Berrewouts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brent-Jan Van der Roost having to interfere. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 80th minute of the match Fox Hunting Squad got a corner. KSV Ursene's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joachim Vleminx ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Joachim Vleminx almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KSV Ursene's Brent-Jan Van der Roost did a great save. In the 82nd minute, Fox Hunting Squad's Romain Berrewouts dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Peter-Jan De Koq hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Brent-Jan Van der Roost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Vleminx in the 87th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Jaques Rauvoe in the 88th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fox Hunting Squad's Jozef Gielis. Romain Berrewouts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brent-Jan Van der Roost having to interfere. Romain Berrewouts succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-12 in the 96th playminute. Fox Hunting Squad played a much better game than KSV Ursene and deserved their victory. The KSV Ursene players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
