The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Temsbroek's Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel got a free kick in the 4th minute. Suikerklontjes's Yoachim Hauwaerts got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bart Van de Velde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryan Kempenaerts struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jonathan Goethals didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suikerklontjes. The supporters of Suikerklontjes booed when Temsbroek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar De Vorster didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Mike Armentier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Goethals skillfully saved the ball. Bart Van de Velde charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bart Van de Velde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Suikerklontjes got a freekick which was hit by Bart Van de Velde. Arne De Munck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel in the 27th minute of the match. If Yoachim Hauwaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ryan Kempenaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Goethals having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronny Balthazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Goethals showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Kempenaerts in the 51st minute of the match. Jonathan Goethals came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Suikerklontjes's Ryan Kempenaerts. But to his dismay, Ryan Kempenaerts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne De Munck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Goethals took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoachim Hauwaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Temsbroek's Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, Suikerklontjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herald Van de Goor to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Goethals didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ryan Kempenaerts went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoachim Hauwaerts in the 73rd minute of play forced Temsbroek's goalkeeper Jonathan Goethals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar De Vorster kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Mike Armentier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Goethals showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Yoachim Hauwaerts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Goethals was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 86th match minute, Temsbroek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar De Vorster to maneuver through the defense. If Yoachim Hauwaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Suikerklontjes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
