Spectators: 8500 (Terracing: 6375, Seating: 1955, VIP seats: 170) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thananiti Cheewawipat got the match started through his kick off. Willem-Jan Hollanders was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Edwin Koppen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edwin Koppen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Willem-Jan Hollanders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etienne Van Achteren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Bryan Creemers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Frans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Creemers, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Tim Vranken's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Frans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Andreas Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thananiti Cheewawipat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bryan Creemers in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Frans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Wils FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thananiti Cheewawipat came free, but Andreas Frans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willem-Jan Hollanders made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Edwin Koppen sent off a good shot on target. Thananiti Cheewawipat might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Frans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thananiti Cheewawipat ran back to his position shaking his head. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edwin Koppen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Les Bistouquettes Bleues's zone, Edwin Koppen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willem-Jan Hollanders came out of the goal and Edwin Koppen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Frans made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Thananiti Cheewawipat sent off a good shot on target. Thananiti Cheewawipat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Frans having to make a save. In the 65th minute, Bryan Creemers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Frans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 70th minute, Arnaud Vandamme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etienne Van Achteren in the 72nd minute of play forced Les Bistouquettes Bleues's goalkeeper Willem-Jan Hollanders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wils FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Bryan Creemers scored to the left of an out of position Andreas Frans, making the score, 1-3. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Robbie Valckenaers was substituted for Arnaud Vandamme. A hard shot 81 in the game by Thananiti Cheewawipat from a close distance when the talented Andreas Frans managed to make a qualified save. Wils FC's players were relieved. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Willem-Jan Hollanders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etienne Van Achteren in the 84th minute of play. Andreas Frans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tran Milters in the 86th minute of play. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs was substituted for Bryan Creemers. Les Bistouquettes Bleues were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Wils FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tim Vranken took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Jeremey De Messemaecker managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. If Thananiti Cheewawipat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thananiti Cheewawipat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Andreas Frans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Les Bistouquettes Bleues could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Wils FC throughout the match.
