Philipp Van Emelen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferdinand Weijnants to make the kick off. Wilton Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KFC Vliegplein fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC LEMUREN had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
