Forza Heppenbach's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Kristen Spoelberghe scored to the left of an out of position Hans-Joachim Amerhauser, making the score, 1-0. KFC Welden's Yanick Winnepennincx landed with the leg in an unnatural angle after a tough challenge. The leg was fractured. After 10 played minutes Forza Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Taner. 17 minutes into the match, Christian Kellbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gillis Degens. KFC Welden's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Kellbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Christian Kellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gillis Degens having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, KFC Welden's Wouter Gijselinckx ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hans-Joachim Amerhauser. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. 3-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Enzo Lievens elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to KFC Welden getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Tomm Herinckx hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Brent Desmet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gillis Degens skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Forza Heppenbach defense, Jose Van Eyken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans-Joachim Amerhauser. The Forza Heppenbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans-Joachim Amerhauser should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Jose Van Eyken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Forza Heppenbach booed when KFC Welden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristen Spoelberghe didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Forza Heppenbach's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser got control of the ball when Kristen Spoelberghe tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

After 52 minutes of play, KFC Welden's Wouter Gijselinckx made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Lievens in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match KFC Welden got a corner. Forza Heppenbach's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wouter Gijselinckx ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wouter Gijselinckx, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Gillis Degens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Kellbom in the 63rd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of KFC Welden:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Forza Heppenbach:s goal. KFC Welden:s Gillis Degens showed great skill when he stopped Jozef Dauwen:s penalty. If Brent De Vadder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gillis Degens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Kellbom in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Forza Heppenbach's Karl-Michael Almqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gillis Degens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Raf De Weijngaert hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Forza Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Tibaut Pauwels. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Kristen Spoelberghe managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Welden's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristen Spoelberghe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 俞岩寒 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Lievens's late challenge caught a Forza Heppenbach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Lievens helped the player get up and apologised. Gillis Degens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brent Desmet in the 94th minute. Christian Kellbom hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Kristen Spoelberghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
