After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Pierre-Paul Swin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Twierdza Osowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierre-Paul Swin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeoffrey van Hollebecke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of The Oudsberg Wolves booed when Twierdza Osowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Hendrickx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominick Antheunis had several of the Twierdza Osowiec's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 49 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Ricardo Hendrickx as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominick Antheunis in the 98th minute of play forced Twierdza Osowiec's goalkeeper Ricardo Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Twierdza Osowiec's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
