In the 15th minute, FK Vratnik's Hamid Dugić ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Blaža Besimović. Blaža Besimović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitar Skaljić in the 29th minute of play. Behram Bajramović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Strupici NK's zone, Mitar Skaljić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blaža Besimović came out of the goal and Mitar Skaljić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mitar Skaljić to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Mitar Skaljić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blaža Besimović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Behram Bajramović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blaža Besimović having to interfere. Behram Bajramović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blaža Besimović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitar Skaljić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mitar Skaljić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Blaža Besimović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Behram Bajramović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that FK Vratnik were the better team. FK Vratnik's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
