Igor Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitar Skaljić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Zdravko Drakul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Wolfsburg Kakanj's goal looked a bit too open when Mitar Skaljić came free, but Igor Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Wolfsburg Kakanj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Husmanović to maneuver through the defense. Igor Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halil Bijedić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Halil Bijedić sent off a good shot on target. Wolfsburg Kakanj's Igor Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitar Skaljić in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Behram Bajramović could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Igor Pinheiro however easily saved by the left post. Behram Bajramović's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Igor Pinheiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Atif Cubela in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wolfsburg Kakanj's Marinko Varupa. A collision led to FK Vratnik getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Medved Lazović hit a great ball. Igor Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitar Skaljić in the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, FK Vratnik's Hamid Dugić ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Igor Pinheiro. Igor Pinheiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Galib Ivanić was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, FK Vratnik's Hamid Dugić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Igor Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 57 played minutes Wolfsburg Kakanj got a freekick which was hit by Zdravko Drakul. Mitar Skaljić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Igor Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitar Skaljić, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Igor Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamid Dugić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Halil Bijedić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behram Bajramović in the 81st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FK Vratnik had played much better football throughout.
