Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leon Fedde took the kick off in the first half of the match. Michael-Jan Gerbrich hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Leon Fedde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Heinz Marquardt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Horsky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Fedde in the 9th minute of play. Adrian Roth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vincent Klaus's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Adrian Roth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joshua Herzog, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Vincent Klaus struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Adrian Roth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣. If Joshua Herzog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Leon Fedde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Horsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saak FC's Adrian Roth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Herzog in the 25th minute of play. If Karl-Heinz Marquardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Saak FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Klaus came free, but Adrian Roth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Heinz Marquardt got free with David Horsky in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th match minute, ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael-Jan Gerbrich to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Heinz Marquardt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Karl-Heinz Marquardt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 52nd match minute, ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael-Jan Gerbrich to maneuver through the defense. David Horsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Heinz Marquardt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Leon Fedde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Horsky. ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Fedde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 63 played minutes ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣ got a freekick which was hit by Colin Winkel. ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣'s Vincent Klaus got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Saak FC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Saak FC's Karl-Heinz Marquardt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. ♣®♣ F.C. STEAUA BUC ♣®♣'s David Horsky played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Heinz Marquardt in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute Karl-Heinz Marquardt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Horsky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Ehrlich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. David Horsky tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Heinz Marquardt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karl-Heinz Marquardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
