Walter Pisula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dirk Koppers in the 7th minute of play. Dirk Kopperss short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Walter Pisula to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Dirk Koppers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dirk Koppers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Pisula having to interfere. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Besiktas JK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yanick Stockhaus was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Hofer08's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Yanick Stockhaus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Besiktas JK's Walter Pisula did a great save. Walter Pisula stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dirk Koppers's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Dirk Koppers managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Hofer08's supporters rose to their feet, but Dirk Koppers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Pisula breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Pfeifenberger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dirk Koppers struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Walter Pisula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Hofer08. In the 41stth minute of the game Dirk Koppers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Besiktas JK's Walter Pisula was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 44 in the game by Dirk Koppers from a close distance when the talented Walter Pisula managed to make a qualified save. Besiktas JK's players were relieved. Yannic Olejarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dominik Brunmayr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dirk Koppers made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Dirk Koppers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Hofer08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dirk Koppers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Walter Päzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dirk Koppers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Pisula having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Walter Päzel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Walter Pisula was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yannic Olejarz hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Hofer08 booed when Besiktas JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yannic Olejarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Pfeifenberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Walter Pisula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Dirk Koppers made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side.
