Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dieter Kosten couldn't finish the play. Bocking FC's Volkmar Gerstemeier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Inderdohnen in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Bestia Negra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lothar Janig to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Bocking FC's Uwe Gerbrich got a free kick in the 14th minute. Sergio Engelmann was shown his second yellow card after 16 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Bestia Negra booed when Bocking FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Engelmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Bestia Negra's Raphael Inderdohnen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Volkmar Gerstemeier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raphael Inderdohnen in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Volkmar Gerstemeier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Lars Jablonski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bestia Negra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bocking FC the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dieter Kosten made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heinz-Dieter Ausweger in the 52nd minute of play forced Bestia Negra's goalkeeper Daniel Vanik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heinz-Dieter Ausweger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bocking FC's goalkeeper Volkmar Gerstemeier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Vanik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heinz-Dieter Ausweger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raphael Inderdohnen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volkmar Gerstemeier having to interfere. When Steffen Mackowiak fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bocking FC's protests and gave Steffen Mackowiak a yellow card for diving instead. Nicholas Schuster's shot from long distance in the 72nd minute was not bad at all, but Bocking FC's Volkmar Gerstemeier knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 81 minutes into the match, Heinz-Dieter Ausweger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Vanik. Bestia Negra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Heinz-Dieter Ausweger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Uwe Gerbrich hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When Ole Kosner fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bocking FC's protests and gave Ole Kosner a yellow card for diving instead. Nicholas Schuster struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Volkmar Gerstemeier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bestia Negra. Volkmar Gerstemeier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieter Kosten in the 92nd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes, Bocking FC's Uli Bunischew shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Vanik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bocking FC reached it. 97 minutes into the match, Bestia Negra's Raphael Inderdohnen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Volkmar Gerstemeier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bocking FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bestia Negra had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
