Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andy Preil kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Oberaustall FSV booed when Arzberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Welser didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andy Preil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörg Grunewald having to interfere. In the 9th minute Arzberg were awarded a corner. Jannick Spreitzer went to the cornerflag to take it. Thomas Schwab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernd Dahlinger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Arzberg getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Adrian Strobl hit a great ball. If Bernd Dahlinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klaus Lakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Schwab having to interfere. Bernd Dahlinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Thomas Schwab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klaus Lakos in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thomas Schwab, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jörg Grunewald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Preil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Andy Preil notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Oberaustall FSV's Jörg Grunewald. Jörg Grunewald was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jörg Grunewald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Preil's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Oberaustall FSV's Bernd Dahlinger got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Arzberg's zone, Klaus Lakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Schwab came out of the goal and Klaus Lakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Arzberg's goalkeeper Thomas Schwab had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klaus Lakos. Sven Riemer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Schwab having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernd Dahlinger to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Arzberg's goal looked a bit too open when Klaus Lakos came free, but Thomas Schwab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klaus Lakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Thomas Schwab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bernd Dahlinger came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Oberaustall FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernd Dahlinger couldn't finish the play. When Jan-Peter Schmithuysen fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oberaustall FSV's protests and gave Jan-Peter Schmithuysen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oberaustall FSV getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jan-Peter Schmithuysen hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Andy Preil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jörg Grunewald saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Klaus Lakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Schwab having to interfere. In the 66th minute of the match Oberaustall FSV got a corner. Arzberg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maurice  Kiesenebner ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 71st match minute, Oberaustall FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Riemer to maneuver through the defense. Jörg Grunewald came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Arzberg's Helmar Picht. But to his dismay, Helmar Picht quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 84 minutes into the match, Oberaustall FSV's goalkeeper Jörg Grunewald had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Strobl. Klaus Lakos took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Schwab. Thomas Schwab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thomas Schwab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klaus Lakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Bernd Dahlinger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomas Schwab. Arzberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernd Dahlinger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Arzberg succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Oberaustall FSV had controlled the match.
