FC Pulst's Dennis-Sven Stiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pulst from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of FC Pulst:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Turnitz FC:s goal. 16 minutes into the game, Thorsten Buhr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turnitz FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pulst the free kick. In the 16th minute, Thorsten Buhr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Turnitz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Hörtnagel came free, but Jan-Peter Baston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johannes Kaspitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robin Mauer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Dennis-Sven Stiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Johannes Kaspitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pulst's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Kaspitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Konrad Liebherr hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 0-1 became the score in the 31st minute when Johannes Kaspitz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Dominik Schrappe fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Turnitz FC's protests and gave Dominik Schrappe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Dominik Schrappe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philipp Mölle took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Peter Baston. Turnitz FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. FC Pulst's attentive Robin Drude managed to snatch the ball when Dominik Schrappe made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. After 39 played minutes Turnitz FC got a freekick which was hit by Albert Herzog. In the 40th minute, Johannes Kaspitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Michael Woltering got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Michael Woltering blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Peter Baston having to make a save. If Johannes Kaspitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half FC Pulst were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Mauer to make the kick off. Johannes Kaspitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Peter Baston read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Dennis-Sven Stiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Mauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Turnitz FC's goalkeeper Jan-Peter Baston had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johannes Kaspitz. Niclas Kastener charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niclas Kastener the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niclas Kastener hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Johannes Kaspitz came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jan-Peter Baston could save by the left post. Johannes Kaspitz had several of the Turnitz FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 70 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Jan-Peter Baston as he didn't even see the shot coming. 74 minutes into the match, FC Pulst's goal looked a bit too open when Niclas Kastener came free, but Dennis-Sven Stiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 minutes, Johannes Kaspitz made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Turnitz FC's Jan-Peter Baston tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dominik Schrappe made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Pulst's Robin Drude. Robin Drude fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Peter Baston having to interfere. When FC Pulst's Johannes Kaspitz in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Turnitz FC's goalie prevented a goal. Johannes Kaspitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Jan-Peter Baston when he managed to save the team from getting behind. FC Pulst's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Norbert Hörtnagel in the 87th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Pulst's corner Norbert Hörtnagel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan-Peter Baston quite easily take care of the ball. Mirko Giurgin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Peter Baston having to interfere. If Johannes Kaspitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
