The audience thought a goal was coming when Gencho Evstatiev got free with Toni Schumacher in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 4 minutes, Gencho Evstatiev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FcBludenz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gencho Evstatiev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Georg Lainer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnold Holzapfel took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abidin Acarbey. Abidin Acarbey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The corner ended in Jan-Frederik Wenning almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FcBludenz's Abidin Acarbey did a great save. In the 17th minute, Gencho Evstatiev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toni Schumacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Lainer in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnold Holzapfel in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abidin Acarbey saved FcBludenz from getting behind. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Preissly's goalkeeper Toni Schumacher, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abidin Acarbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 姚升松, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jochen Lehrer during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Preissly! In the 35th minute, Georg Lainer fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Toni Schumacher, passed just outside the right post. In the 36th minute Georg Lainer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Frederik Wenning in the 44th minute of play forced FcBludenz's goalkeeper Abidin Acarbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abidin Acarbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnold Holzapfel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnold Holzapfel was the one to do the kick off. FcBludenz's Georg Lainer got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, FcBludenz's goalkeeper Abidin Acarbey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 姚升松. After 60 played minutes Preissly got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Lehrer. 62 minutes into the game, Gencho Evstatiev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Toni Schumacher was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rainer Pätzold might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toni Schumacher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rainer Pätzold ran back to his position shaking his head. Preissly's Toni Schumacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Lainer in the 76th minute of play. Toni Schumacher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Lainer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Preissly! Abidin Acarbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Frederik Wenning in the 81st minute of play. Achim Büssinger was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FcBludenz! When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Preissly's Jan-Frederik Wenning got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Abidin Acarbey. Arnold Holzapfel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Abidin Acarbey made a huge save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
