Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Karl Jemella successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aquiles Francis sped through FV Wienerwald's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcel Mallinger. FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Unterrudling from getting a goal against them. Pierre Van den Plas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl Jemella firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Pierre Van den Plas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FV Wienerwald's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierre Van den Plas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl Jemella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pierre Van den Plas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Karl Jemella made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc-André Wedekind in the 38th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andreas Trautermann hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Sascha Pichorner kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Lütfullah Taycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Unterrudling's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lütfullah Taycan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goal looked a bit too open when Nino Schicklgruber came free, but Marcel Mallinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Anfilogino Alfonsi made the kick off in the second half. Karl Jemella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steffen Eisenheld in the 52nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Xacobo Posada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Mallinger was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Pankracy Pilitowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Jemella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Jemella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Pilitowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. When Pankracy Pilitowski came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FV Wienerwald fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pankracy Pilitowski couldn't finish the play. Marcel Mallinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Jürgen Schreyer in the 94th minute of play. The FV Wienerwald supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Unterrudling's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Unterrudling.
