Galatasaray SK's Gunnar Taevere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Siggman in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Sascha Wettinger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gunnar Taevere was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 46th minute of the match Arto Kaldmaa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximino Ticho skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 96 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bairon Bay came free, but Gunnar Taevere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Hollywood walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
