Ali Kaan Toydemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Stackevičius in the 4th minute of play. Alexandros Matsinopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl-Åke Brummer came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandros Matsinopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Lanzenkirchen's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Brummer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thodoris Charalambakis. Lanzenkirchen's Maximiliano Stackevičius got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Alexandros Matsinopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Åke Brummer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ali Kaan Toydemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Stackevičius in the 28th minute of play. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Ali Kaan Toydemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Bergmann in the 32nd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Karl-Åke Brummer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. SK Fenerbahce Wien's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thodoris Charalambakis in the 34th minute. Ali Kaan Toydemir came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Lanzenkirchen's Sören Bergmann. But to his dismay, Sören Bergmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.

The wind increased when Olaf Anszczak made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game Edgar Tolsson did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Oliver Gilessen. Karl-Åke Brummer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandros Matsinopoulos went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Alexandros Matsinopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karl-Åke Brummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandros Matsinopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Karl-Åke Brummer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandros Matsinopoulos in the 70th minute of the match. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Ali Kaan Toydemir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save SK Fenerbahce Wien from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandros Matsinopoulos in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Åke Brummer saved Lanzenkirchen from getting behind. In the 78th minute Alexandros Matsinopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Åke Brummer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Alexandros Matsinopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Fenerbahce Wien's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandros Matsinopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Fenerbahce Wien's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
