Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Necati Temizhan made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, StopBuyingToken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıçalp Şimşektürk to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Joakim Frankvig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Säuml in the 62nd minute of play. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Säuml, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gunnar Taevere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Peintner went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. StopBuyingToken's Tomasz Burufski managed to work through Galatasaray SK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tomasz Burufski dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The supporters of StopBuyingToken booed when Galatasaray SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico-Pascal Divis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gunnar Taevere acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dominic Reichel. 77 minutes into the match, StopBuyingToken's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Weyer came free, but Hans-Jürgen Pötscher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Gunnar Taevere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andreas Peintner. In the 84th match minute, StopBuyingToken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıçalp Şimşektürk to maneuver through the defense. If Patrik Weyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galatasaray SK's Gunnar Taevere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necati Temizhan in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute Patrik Weyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Jürgen Pötscher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, StopBuyingToken's Gunnar Taevere threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomasz Burufski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched StopBuyingToken eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
