Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Jacaré in the 4th minute of play forced Great Yarmouth's goalkeeper Alão Caneças to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, Great Yarmouth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fábio Russo to maneuver through the defense. Great Yarmouth's Alão Caneças played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Polido in the 11th minute of play. When Toni Polido came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ware AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toni Polido couldn't finish the play. In the 14th match minute, Great Yarmouth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Clérigo to maneuver through the defense. Great Yarmouth's Alão Caneças played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Polido in the 18th minute of play. Hernani Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Caneças in the 26th minute of play. Afonso Jacaré fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alão Caneças having to interfere. In the 31st minute Eduardo Caneças shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simão Nascimento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hernani Melo came out and tried to block the shot, but Simão Nascimento slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. A collision led to Great Yarmouth getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Teta Mantorras hit a great ball. Hernani Melo made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Simão Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Afonso Jacaré made a kick off. Hernani Melo came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Great Yarmouth's Eduardo Caneças. But to his dismay, Eduardo Caneças quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Nascimento in the 57th minute of play forced Ware AFC's goalkeeper Hernani Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simão Nascimento in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hernani Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Toni Polido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Afonso Jacaré shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alão Caneças saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Great Yarmouth booed when Ware AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Matta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Eduardo Caneças came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Great Yarmouth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Caneças couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Teta Mantorras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Great Yarmouth's supporters rose to their feet, but Teta Mantorras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernani Melo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduardo Caneças fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernani Melo having to interfere. If Afonso Jacaré had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Great Yarmouth walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
