After having played for 30 minutes, Peter Shuttleworth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wisbech FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Shuttleworth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wesley Tonkin might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matty Robson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wesley Tonkin ran back to his position shaking his head. Huey Sheene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
