Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Billy Barton took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Billy Barton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chip Meade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on MAI POR - dividending.net's corner Lennie Auckland fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ged Downton quite easily take care of the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milton City's goalkeeper Ged Downton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 minutes, Lennie Auckland made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Milton City's Ged Downton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lennie Auckland took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ged Downton. Ged Downton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Guy Fitzsymon charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guy Fitzsymon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Milton City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guy Fitzsymon to maneuver through the defense. Curtis Heywood hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Chip Meade acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Stuart Haskell. The supporters of Milton City booed when MAI POR - dividending.net was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joe Maloney didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lennie Auckland in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ged Downton saved Milton City from getting behind. MAI POR - dividending.net's Lennie Auckland managed to work through Milton City's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Lennie Auckland dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alec Bilton was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Alec Bilton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ged Downton was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennie Auckland got free with Ged Downton in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ged Downton came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by MAI POR - dividending.net's Brandon Cotton. But to his dismay, Brandon Cotton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 68 minutes into the match, Lennie Auckland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ged Downton. Milton City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lennie Auckland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Milton City's Ged Downton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Milton City from getting a goal against them. Brandon Cotton's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ged Downton firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 74th minute Alec Bilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ged Downton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The MAI POR - dividending.net fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when MAI POR - dividending.net's Alec Bilton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lennie Auckland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ged Downton made a huge save. Alec Bilton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ged Downton having to make a save. In the 84th minute Alec Bilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ged Downton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lennie Auckland might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ged Downton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lennie Auckland ran back to his position shaking his head. 89 minutes into the game, Alec Bilton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ged Downton. Alec Bilton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 93rd minute, Lennie Auckland made a precise shot to the right of Ged Downton. Milton City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. MAI POR - dividending.net played a much better game than Milton City and deserved their victory. The Milton City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
