Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lindo Strauss kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nino FC's zone, Oliver Serage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delron Klaasens came out of the goal and Oliver Serage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albert Thokozani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delron Klaasens having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Lindo Strauss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Thokozani in the 26th minute of play forced Nino FC's goalkeeper Delron Klaasens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Nino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismail Strauss came free, but Delron Klaasens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Thokozani in the 28th minute of play forced Nino FC's goalkeeper Delron Klaasens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delron Klaasens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismail Strauss in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Albert Thokozani put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Delron Klaasens. Jonas Nhlapo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delron Klaasens having to interfere. Delron Klaasens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismail Strauss, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Dean Bandura might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lindo Stoltz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dean Bandura ran back to his position shaking his head. Nino FC's Delron Klaasens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lindo Strauss in the 40th minute of play. After the first half FC Kapilaan were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ismail Thompson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delron Klaasens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jason Mahlangu went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 66 minutes into the match, Nino FC's goalkeeper Delron Klaasens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lindo Strauss. With a little luck, Nino FC's Delron Klaasens got control of the ball when Lindo Strauss tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Siphokazi Mbule fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nino FC's protests and gave Siphokazi Mbule a yellow card for diving instead. Siphokazi Mbule hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Lindo Strauss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 72nd minute of the match Siphokazi Mbule completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Siphokazi Mbule a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Nino FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Siphokazi Mbule hit a great ball. Jonas Nhlapo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Delron Klaasens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Thokozani in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delron Klaasens saved Nino FC from getting behind. Delron Klaasens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Serage, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Oliver Serage's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delron Klaasens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Nino FC's Delron Klaasens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Thokozani in the 90th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Ismail Strauss who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nino FC's Delron Klaasens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Delron Klaasens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 96 minutes into the match, Nino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Thokozani came free, but Delron Klaasens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 minutes, Melusi Melele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nino FC and the FC Kapilaan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Melusi Melele hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Nino FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Kapilaan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
