Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Brandon Madima kicked off to start the match. Lindo Magagane kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Delron Klaasens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basil Etafia in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute Leon Thebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delron Klaasens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Nino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Madima came free, but Delron Klaasens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basil Etafia got free with Delron Klaasens in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nino FC's Francis Setlaba got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Brandon Madima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delron Klaasens was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Nino FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Brandon Madima scored to the left of an out of position Delron Klaasens, making the score, 2-0. Brandon Madima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basil Etafia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Delron Klaasens made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francis Setlaba to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Brandon Madima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delron Klaasens was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. 53 minutes into the game, one of Nino FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Altoona a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kingston Qabi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nino FC's Delron Klaasens. 3-0. Basil Etafia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delron Klaasens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basil Etafia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basil Etafia in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delron Klaasens saved Nino FC from getting behind. Basil Etafia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Brandon Madima notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Nino FC's Delron Klaasens. Delron Klaasens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Basil Etafia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delron Klaasens having to make a save. In the 87th minute, Basil Etafia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brandon Madima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brandon Madima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delron Klaasens having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Brandon Madima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altoona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brandon Madima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brandon Madima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delron Klaasens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Lindo Josephs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maluleke Mathibe in the 97th minute. When the referee ended the match the Altoona players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
