In the 10th match minute, Fc Sighet Alexandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Sărăroiu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Fc Sighet Alexandra's Iacob Nediu got a free kick in the 11th minute. Sebastian Codrea acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alex Popilean. Fata FC's Emile Schoonbeek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Birișu in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Manole Bungescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sebastian Codrea firmly grabbed it by the left post. Emile Schoonbeek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Bungescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Fata FC's Sebastian Codrea threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manole Ciungu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fata FC's Emile Schoonbeek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Birișu in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Fata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avram Martinescu to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eric Birișu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Tudor Bărcăuan fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Sighet Alexandra's protests and gave Tudor Bărcăuan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, Fc Sighet Alexandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Bărcăuan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Manole Bungescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Emile Schoonbeek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71st play minutes Eric Birișu shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Emile Schoonbeek and just under the crossbar into goal. Fata FC's Emile Schoonbeek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Fata FC from getting a goal against them. The Fc Sighet Alexandra fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Fc Sighet Alexandra's Eric Birișu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Cristian Tirulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rdth minute of the game Manole Ciungu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Sighet Alexandra's Sebastian Codrea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Fata FC's Emile Schoonbeek got control of the ball when Eric Birișu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
