Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) In the 3rd minute, Mihnea Mihădaș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gigi Dichiseanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irinel Balint, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 played minutes Uzunlar got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Carabulea. After recieving a nice pass, FC Brasovia's Grigore Marian tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Gigi Cerchez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 11th match minute, FC Brasovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iordache Aluchei to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Camilo Bastian made a precise shot to the right of Gigi Dichiseanu. Uzunlar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Vintilă Blăniță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Iordache Aluchei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigi Dichiseanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, FC Brasovia's Irinel Balint ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gigi Dichiseanu. Gigi Dichiseanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After 38 minutes, Gigi Cerchez made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Uzunlar's Gigi Dichiseanu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gigi Dichiseanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Irinel Balint's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Irinel Balint received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Gigi Dichiseanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, FC Brasovia's Irinel Balint dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sorin Levința made a kick off. Gigi Dichiseanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigi Cerchez in the 59th minute of play. Camilo Bastian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Uzunlar defense, Iordache Aluchei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gigi Dichiseanu. The Uzunlar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigi Dichiseanu should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Uzunlar booed when FC Brasovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigi Cerchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the game, George Chițu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uzunlar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Brasovia the free kick. The supporters of FC Brasovia booed when Uzunlar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Chițu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigi Dichiseanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mircea Dulca, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. FC Brasovia's Gigel Greblă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Brasovia from getting a goal against them. FC Brasovia's Camilo Bastian got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Irinel Balint fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigi Dichiseanu having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Brasovia had played much better football throughout.
