Abdel Nivelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Techereul's Dacian Datcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Techereul from getting a goal against them. Basarab Ţiriac's late challenge caught a Techereul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basarab Ţiriac helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Basarab Ţiriac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Techereul's Corneliu Brezeanu tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dacian Datcu made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Abdel Nivelle sent off a good shot on target. Abdel Nivelle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Dacian Datcu made a huge save. A hard shot 37 in the game by Abdel Nivelle from a close distance when the talented Dacian Datcu managed to make a qualified save. Techereul's players were relieved. Vladimir Ladra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Doman in the 40th minute of the match. David Maior kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Abdel Nivelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Corneliu Brezeanu got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Techereul's Corneliu Brezeanu got a free kick in the 74th minute. Dacian Datcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Mihălțan in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdel Nivelle in the 88th minute of play forced Techereul's goalkeeper Dacian Datcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Datcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdel Nivelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the - BTF - F.C.- Lion King - players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
