The Eusebiu Molodețiu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Aurel Vulcănescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Fortuna's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurel Vulcănescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebiu Molodețiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the FC Fortuna players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
