VetTeam's Florin Măliță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Trăilă in the 16th minute of play. Florin Măliță didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Efervescent's Flavius Trăilă shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Coidum in the 25th minute of play forced VetTeam's goalkeeper Florin Măliță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Macrea in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florin Măliță prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to VetTeam getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Toader Tarchilă hit a great ball. Florin Măliță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Macrea's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, FC Efervescent's Eliodor Arșanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florin Măliță. Florin Măliță yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When Flavius Trăilă came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the FC Efervescent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Trăilă couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, VetTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Macrea came free, but Florin Măliță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costin Vârlan hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Florin Măliță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Coidum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliodor Arșanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Florin Măliță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliodor Arșanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Macrea was the one to do the kick off. After 62nd play minutes Eliodor Arșanu shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Florin Măliță and just under the crossbar into goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th match minute, VetTeam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Traian Nițulescu to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Macrea might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florin Măliță. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Macrea ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Efervescent's Adam Coidum got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costin Vârlan kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Flavius Trăilă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Traian Nițulescu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of VetTeam:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Efervescent:s goal. VetTeam's Florin Măliță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Macrea in the 98th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Efervescent fully deserved thier win.
