A collision led to FC STEAUA ADJ getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Eusebiu Spirea hit a great ball. If Dacian Țepeluș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. David Boieraș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Oroveanu having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Cornel Baniciu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE and the FC STEAUA ADJ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE! In the 48th minute there was a penalty for FC STEAUA ADJ. FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE's Răzvan Rădvan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC SOFERU BAIA MAREE from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gigel Marchiș during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC STEAUA ADJ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
