Supanu AC's Fabian Prelipceanu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eusebiu Nișu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Fabian Prelipceanu came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Supanu AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Prelipceanu couldn't finish the play. Stelian Lupoi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Fabian Prelipceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Eusebiu Nișu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tottenham AB's Nicodim Drăgoi got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabian Prelipceanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicodim Drăgoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigi Groșan having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Nicodim Drăgoi made a precise shot to the right of Gigi Groșan. Supanu AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Nicodim Drăgoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Albert Săvescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With his leg Eusebiu Nișu managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Supanu AC's Eugen Buzatu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nicodim Drăgoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigi Groșan having to interfere. Supanu AC's Fabian Prelipceanu got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Prelipceanu in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebiu Nișu saved Tottenham AB from getting behind. If Nicodim Drăgoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Dorel Sichitiu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Tottenham AB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorel Sichitiu couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tottenham AB fans cheered their team off the field, for while Supanu AC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
