Spectators: 7622 (Terracing: 5717, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valentin Blidaru got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Mandache got free with Manole Cristescu in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manole Cristescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. If Grigore Preda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manole Cristescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Ungheanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Grigore Preda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Felix Bădiliță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nistor Ipătescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Blidaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Nistor Ipătescu came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by LBB YOUNG BUCHAREST's Felix Bădiliță. But to his dismay, Felix Bădiliță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dorin Ghinescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Manole Cristescu made a huge save. Luca Mandache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Manole Cristescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manole Cristescu was a little too slow when Grigore Preda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-1. Cazimir Lopatnicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

LBB YOUNG BUCHAREST's Manole Cristescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Lopatnicu in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Cazimir Lopatnicu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manole Cristescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When Grigore Preda came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Craiova FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grigore Preda couldn't finish the play. Felix Bădiliță hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Manole Cristescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigore Preda in the 61st minute of play. Grigore Preda charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grigore Preda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Grigore Preda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luca Mandache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mugurel Toacsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nistor Ipătescu having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Iustin Ungheanu notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of LBB YOUNG BUCHAREST's Manole Cristescu. Manole Cristescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 77 minutes, Luca Mandache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Craiova FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Mandache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Bădiliță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nistor Ipătescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Blidaru in the 82nd minute of play forced Craiova FC's goalkeeper Nistor Ipătescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Grigore Preda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 minutes, Grigore Preda made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. LBB YOUNG BUCHAREST's Manole Cristescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, LBB YOUNG BUCHAREST's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Ungheanu came free, but Manole Cristescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes, Doru Vasilescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Craiova FC and the LBB YOUNG BUCHAREST players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Craiova FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Doru Vasilescu hit a great ball. In the 96th minute Grigore Preda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Cristescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Craiova FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
