Ionică Trică hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Iosif Frumuzache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Giura's supporters rose to their feet, but Iosif Frumuzache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernest Braia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gică Bejgăneanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernest Braia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Frumuzache in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Maxim Ciolacu suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Grigore Zorlescu charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grigore Zorlescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, Giura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Zorlescu to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Giura defense, Aron Dinulescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Maftei. The Giura fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Maftei should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iosif Frumuzache in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Braia saved Fc Dreamers from getting behind. Ernest Braia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gică Bejgăneanu in the 31st minute of the match. After 32 minutes of play, Fc Dreamers's Aron Dinulescu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Maftei was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aron Dinulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. If Aron Dinulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Giura's goalkeeper Paul Maftei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Romeo Domnescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gică Bejgăneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Braia having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Dumitru Bran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Giura booed when Fc Dreamers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Dudea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gică Bejgăneanu got free with Ernest Braia in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Giura's Iosif Frumuzache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernest Braia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Iosif Frumuzache took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Ernest Braia to make any attempt to save it. Gică Bejgăneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Braia having to interfere. Aron Dinulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Paul Maftei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fc Dreamers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Giura for a fine match.
