Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aurel Niță started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Iordache Cernescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Aurel Niță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aurel Niță came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Zsombolya AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurel Niță couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Zsombolya AS's Octav Pascu got a free kick in the 11th minute. Nechifor Zbanţ charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nechifor Zbanţ the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Zsombolya AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nechifor Zbanţ to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Alex Vulturar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zsombolya AS's Manuel Isăilă didn't even have to move. Manuel Isăilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Șerban Taşcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Zsombolya AS booed when Galesul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Toader didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes Galesul got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Puișoru. Manuel Isăilă didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 27th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Vulturar in the 32nd minute of play forced Galesul's goalkeeper Emilian Muncelean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Șerban Taşcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galesul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Șerban Taşcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iordache Cernescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Isăilă having to interfere. The supporters of Galesul booed when Zsombolya AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Pascu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iordache Cernescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Isăilă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iordache Cernescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Șerban Taşcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Isăilă having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Șerban Taşcu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Isăilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Cernescu in the 53rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Aurel Niță took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Emilian Muncelean to make any attempt to save it. Manuel Isăilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Toader in the 62nd minute of the match. Manuel Isăilă came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Galesul's Iordache Cernescu. But to his dismay, Iordache Cernescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Manuel Isăilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Toader in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Zsombolya AS booed when Galesul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Puișoru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Isăilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Șerban Taşcu in the 72nd minute of the match. Șerban Taşcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Isăilă having to interfere. When Galesul's Șerban Taşcu in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zsombolya AS's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iordache Cernescu during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iordache Cernescu kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Tudor Năsturel's shot from long distance in the 80th minute was not bad at all, but Galesul's Emilian Muncelean knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Manuel Isăilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Șerban Taşcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Manuel Isăilă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Șerban Taşcu's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Iordache Cernescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Isăilă having to interfere. Manuel Isăilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Cernescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Galesul's Șerban Taşcu in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zsombolya AS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Iordache Cernescu sped through Zsombolya AS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manuel Isăilă. Galesul's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
