In the 3rd minute, one of 11 Zanateci:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 11 Zanateci. Victor Cristoloveanu went to the wrong direction when Rareș Pârâianu was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Teodor Aursulesei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Victor Cristoloveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Cristoloveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Aursulesei in the 12th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind CS Targoviste's goalkeeper Nistor Beligan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 Zanateci's Victor Cristoloveanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save 11 Zanateci from getting a goal against them. Nistor Beligan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Iftode in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horia Năstase during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Horia Năstase hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Mihăiţă Iftode sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute Corneliu Orghidan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Beligan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodor Aursulesei was the one to do the kick off. Nistor Beligan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Iftode in the 54th minute of play. Corneliu Orghidan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Nistor Beligan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Cristoloveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Aursulesei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Caloian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Cristoloveanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodor Aursulesei in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind CS Targoviste's goalkeeper Nistor Beligan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of 11 Zanateci booed when CS Targoviste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horia Năstase didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corneliu Orghidan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Nistor Beligan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Victor Cristoloveanu came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by CS Targoviste's Martin Caloian. But to his dismay, Martin Caloian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mihăiţă Iftode's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nistor Beligan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. If Mihăiţă Iftode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nistor Beligan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihăiţă Iftode's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. After 93 played minutes CS Targoviste got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Liciu. Nistor Beligan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Orghidan in the 94th minute. The 11 Zanateci players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented CS Targoviste from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
