Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ionuț Scutaru got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, SUPER OTELUL's Francisc Ţiriac got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Penfolds®'s Petruț Coraș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Buzincu in the 8th minute of play. Francisc Tătăruşanu hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The supporters of Penfolds® booed when SUPER OTELUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Buzincu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Penfolds®'s Mihnea Cutieru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cătălin Crăcană narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mihnea Cutieru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cătălin Crăcană tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, SUPER OTELUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Oanță to maneuver through the defense. Mihnea Cutieru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cătălin Crăcană tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionuț Scutaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SUPER OTELUL's Cătălin Crăcană played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Scutaru in the 25th minute of play. Mihnea Cutieru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Cătălin Crăcană made a huge save. SUPER OTELUL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Ionuț Scutaru scored to the left of an out of position Cătălin Crăcană, making the score, 1-0. Moise Văidianu struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Cătălin Crăcană didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penfolds®. If Ionuț Scutaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferdinand Buzincu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Moise Văidianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cazimir Ioniță during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Penfolds® got a freekick which was hit by Cazimir Ioniță. Valentin Soare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Petruț Coraș made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, SUPER OTELUL's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Scutaru came free, but Cătălin Crăcană reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 62 in the game by Valentin Soare from a close distance when the talented Petruț Coraș managed to make a qualified save. Penfolds®'s players were relieved. When Valentin Soare came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the SUPER OTELUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Soare couldn't finish the play. Mihnea Cutieru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cătălin Crăcană having to make a save. Ferdinand Buzincu kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Cătălin Crăcană came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Penfolds®'s Moise Văidianu. But to his dismay, Moise Văidianu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Penfolds® had won after a very even match.
